- Project information you share during engagement: scope details, files, communications.
- Payment information processed via Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
- Site usage data via standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited.
How we use it
- Respond to inquiries.
- Deliver consulting services and communicate during engagements.
- Send invoices and receive payment.
- Operate and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We share information only with third parties needed to operate the business:
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Email provider, for business correspondence.
- Hosting provider, for site operation.
- Legal or government authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
- Inquiry correspondence: 24 months from last contact.
- Engagement records: 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
- Site logs: 90 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements). Email haaris@samaan.tech.
